Burned food, feedback to kfc but kfc tell you to go find Grab food

Man orders KFC meal from Westmall ends up with 1 set of (chao tah) burned wrap. Initially, when the matter was brought up to KFC. KFC informed the customer to feedback to grab and Grab pushed it back to KFC.

At least the food rider should attend the burned food issue that was delivered by him. He should bring the food back to KFC for resend order or refund to the customer if they can't wait any longer. The KFC chef was also in the wrong,knowing that the bun was overburnt,he should dispose rather than packed it up for delivery.

As I ever mentioned,the food rider should attend & bring back overburnt food to the kfc for refund or resend of food. It's definitely KFC management would take the responsibility & refund to the customer not the food rider
