ByteDance Seedance 2.0 sparks Hollywood copyright outcry
Hollywood industry groups have criticized a viral AI-generated video of Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise fighting, created using ByteDance’s Seedance 2.0 platform, for unauthorized use of copyrighted content.
The 15-second clip was posted on social media by Irish filmmaker Ruairi Robinson, who said it was produced from a simple prompt.
