Stressful sporeans will have to pay cash + cpf TILL PANTS DROP & MANY MANY COMMON SPOREANS ARE EARNINGS DECENT SALARIES. AFFORDABLE TO DOWN PAYMENTS BUT IT SO STRESSFUL TO CLEAR THEIRS BTO LOAN. EVERY YOUNGS SPOREANS ARE COMMITTED DEEP DEEP MILLIONS DOLLARS DEBTS. FIRST TIMERS SHOULD APPLY A CEILING.
