PUTRAJAYA (Aug 26): The Court of Appeal (COA) has again rescheduled to another day its verdict on Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim's appeal to strike out his corruption and money-laundering charges.
This time, the three-member panel comprising judges Datuk Seri Kamaludin Md Said, Justice Datuk Abu Bakar Jais and Justice Datuk Che Mohd Ruzima Ghazali postponed it to Sept 5 as the former Tabung Haji chairman was unwell.
