KUCHING (April 3): All express bus operators are prohibited from dropping passengers at non-designated stops except in unavoidable situations such as natural disasters, said Michael Kong.

The Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (CVLB) Sarawak chairman said they will engage with operators to ensure that passengers are properly informed and all alternative arrangements are communicated clearly.
