Can your boss stop you from carrying your unused leave to next year?

Such terms are usually clearly spelt out in the Company guideline (!?) or Handbook! So, the simple Answer would be NO! * But as in any ' Rules', it can be bent under certain (!?) circumstances.. Like maybe if your 'Boss' agree to it due to certain factors that prevented you from taking your leave/s during the normal course of the Year!? 😘
