Carole King's legendary 'Tapestry' turns 50
(CNN)Carole King's hit album "Tapestry" is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
The album, released in 1971, won Grammy Awards for album of the year and best pop vocal performance, among numerous other acknowledgments. King received a Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013.
