JOHOR BARU: The Johor government’s Fast Track NIL initiative will help to address complaints about a spike in quit rent following the recent tax restructuring.

Johor local government, urban wellbeing and environment committee chairman Tan Chen Choon said the initiative would be able to resolve the problems, especially when it involved land with “nil” status.
