Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan might be happily moved on and engaged to other people but their divorce proceedings are still ongoing and just took a turn that could see both of them testify in court.

The former couple, who separated in 2018, are still not aligned over a financial settlement that includes profits from Tatum’s Magic Mike movie franchise. According to court documents obtained by People, Dewan submitted a “preliminary witness list” which included her and Tatum’s names, reportedly in the hopes of having to hash things out with her ex-husband in court.
