19 Jun - iQIYI has recently announced that they have appointed "Hidden Love" star Chen Zheyuan to be the global ambassador for iQIYI International.

Sharing the good news across all of their official social media platforms, the streamer posted, "Igniting screens worldwide with his charismatic charm, dynamic talent, and magnetic versatility, Chen Zheyuan is ready to shine as iQIYI International Global Ambassador!"

Li Kaichen, vice president of iQIYI and head of Asia Pacific and Middle East, said that this in-depth cooperation with Chen Zheyuan will effectively enhance the platform's brand influence in the global market and allow more international audiences to pay attention to and love high-quality Chinese content.

As for the actor himself, Chen said that he is honoured to serve as the global spokesperson for iQIYI International and hopes that he could present more excellent Chinese-language works to global fans and looks forward to more international cultural exchanges and interactions through the upcoming iQIYI Starship.

It is noted that Chen will be meeting fans in Bangkok on 29 June and in Jakarta on 30 June as part of his ambassadorship.
