Cher accepted the much-deserved Icon award last night at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards held in Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre. And it was longtime friend Meryl Streep who presented the bona fide pop legend with the trophy.

While onstage, Cher marked the milestone with a touching speech about not giving up on your dreams—and about maintaining a sustainable wardrobe. She was dressed in a black long-sleeve corset top encrusted with white crystals all over from Dolce & Gabbana, plus her favorite black Chrome Hearts pants with silver zippers and studs. She finished the rocker ensemble with black heels and layered diamond jewelry from Jacob & Co.
