China says Philippine ‘provocations’ cause of South China Sea tensions

BEIJING, March 28 — China today blamed Philippine actions for recent rising tension between the two sides in the hotly contested South China Sea.
Beijing and Manila have a long history of maritime territorial disputes in the strategic waterway and there have been repeated confrontations between their vessels near contested reefs in recent months.

It time to sink a few vessels to escalate the tension to the next level, barking dogs seldom bites. Provocation is a old fashion way to gain attention, direct confrontation is the new world order now. Dialogue has been use for decades but never works, look at Ukraine and Israel on Gaza....etc
