A Chinese woman living in Singapore recently took to Xiaohongshu to share her positive experience with MRT staff, praising their efficiency in retrieving her lost bag.

Recalling the incident, she said: "I just arrived in Singapore and had bought too many things, so I got my child to hold onto my bag. It was only after we exited the MRT station that we realised my bag was still on the train seat.”

Her child was extremely apologetic about the mistake, but the woman remained calm and reassured them.
