SINGAPORE – Chinese dialect groups in Singapore are coming together for the first time to celebrate a traditional Chinese festival, which returns here for the second year running.
Qixi Fest 2024, which celebrates the Qixi Festival, kicked off on Aug 3 with a street party at Keong Saik Road.

People are still using this festival Qixi as a form of expecting gift from their partners especially popular in China but I believe most will not bother to understand the real meaning behind this just like most festival nowadays are mainly used by businesses to get more sales
