Civil servant and Datuk claim trial to taking RM780,000 in bribes over palm oil tax fraud

KOTA KINABALU: A civil servant and a government pensioner were each charged at the Sessions Court here with 34 counts of accepting bribes and abetment involving RM780,000.
Zulfikar Khomeini Asli, 44, and Datuk Mat Salleh @ Sapong, 67, pleaded not guilty separately before judge Jason Juga.
