A cleaner was fired after he was caught on CCTV masturbating outside a Eunos flat twice and has been banned from the estate.

But a notice said he was spotted again and residents were asked to keep a lookout for him.

The matter came to light after a photo of the notice was posted on Reddit on Oct 9.

The notice had two QR codes linking to videos showing the cleaner pleasuring himself in the common area near the stairwell.

In the earlier video, the door of the flat was closed. In the second video, the door was open and he was peeking inside as he masturbated. 

The notice said: "This cleaner was caught on CCTV masturbating outside a unit in Block 413 on two occasions, Sept 27 and 30.

"He has since been terminated from his job, and barred from the entire Eunos Village estate. His case is pending police investigations.

"However, he was seen again on Monday, Oct 7. Residents, please help to keep a lookout and write to btcam.sg@gmail.com, with time, location and snapshots of the appearances."

In response to a Stomp query, a Marine Parade Town Council spokesperson said: "The town council is aware of the incidents concerning a conservancy staff at Block 413 Eunos Road 5.
