Confusion at Paya Lebar MRT station amid East-West Line track fault

The platform of Paya Lebar MRT station was packed on the evening of Dec 2 with confused commuters after a track fault caused a delay along the East-West line. Stafffs mending the places there are also very rude and ask direction can say you can read or not so big letters. We know they employ degree holders to mend the place but please be nice. not rude Your education cannot buy us One train upgrading causing so much problems to the seniors

Bedok MRT too. iIgot out of train at Point B thought can exit MRT at Point A but the workers said cannot. MUST go the Point C to take lift or Point D to take escalator, the walk from Point D to Point C to Point B and exit at Point A. HELLO!!! I'M SENIOR WITH WALKING AID!!!!😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
