Customers of Royal Secrets Wellness, which shut down on Feb 28, have lost more than $1 million, the Consumers Association of Singapore (Case) said on Monday (March 23).
The company, located in Winsland House at Killiney Road in Orchard, announced its closure in a Facebook post on Feb 28.

Consumers suffer losses cause they are too trust worthy of people & gullible. Businesses dangle a carrot in front of you by telling you to sign up for a year or two,pay money upfront & get a discount of 10% or 20% to entice the customer,so customer thinks to save that % but in the end lose all his money.Never ever pay money upfront for packages which haven't been utilised yet....too many crooks in the market who will fly by night!
