SHAH ALAM: Police have launched an investigation into an incident involving a female worker at a drinks and ice cream shop who was allegedly threatened and verbally abused by a customer at a shopping mall here yesterday.

District police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim confirmed receiving a report lodged by the victim at 8.42pm, in which she claimed the incident occurred during a payment transaction.
