GEORGE TOWN: Police arrested 11 people including three Vietnamese women for allegedly organising a birthday bash at a luxury condominium on Jalan Prai in Butterworth on Sunday (Aug 8) night.

State CID chief Senior Asst Comm Rahimi Ra’ais said 11 individuals, aged between 19 and 35, were found partying amid loud music when police conducted the raid at around 11pm.
