Courteney Cox knows that a relationship in the Hollywood spotlight isn’t easy after marrying and divorcing actor David Arquette. Her subsequent relationship with Snow Patrol musician Johnny McDaid has also had its own set of challenges, and she revealed their most painful moment together. 

The 59-year-old actress got raw and real on the Minnie Questions podcast about how their breakup happened in 2015 after three years of dating. Describing it as “really intense,” Cox divulged, “We broke up in therapy.” The hard part about that moment is that it happened “within the first minute” of their session and she “didn’t know it was coming.”Talk about a shock to the system!
