Covid-19: 2,176 new cases, 10 fatalities bring death toll to 975

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded another 2,176 new Covid-19 cases on Monday (Feb 15), continuing its recent downward trend.
The country has now seen 266,445 Covid-19 cases since the start of the pandemic last year.
Another 10 more people have succumbed to the virus, taking Malaysia’s Covid-19 death toll up to 975.
The country also discharged 4,521 patients, which means 218,335 people in Malaysia have recovered from the coronavirus.
Active cases are now 47,135.
Of that total, 260 are currently under intensive care, with 112 on ventilator support.
