Crude futures settle higher

NEW YORK, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices advanced on Thursday.
The West Texas Intermediate for June delivery went up 76 cents, or 0.92 percent, to settle at 83.57 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for June delivery increased by 99 cents, or 1.12 percent, to settle at 89.01 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
