13 Jun - Crystal Liu's camp has recently denied rumours that the actress will be reuniting with Chen Xiao in a new drama.

It was previously reported that the actress is set to star in the new series, "Tearless Snow", which revolves around a female salt merchant who returns to her city to seek revenge after her family was wiped out ten years prior.

Crystal reportedly was approached to star at first, before the role was offered to Zanilia Zhao and Yang Zi, and then back to Crystal again. And now, it was reported that the actress will star in the drama with her "A Dream of Splendour" co-star, Chen Xiao.

On 10 June, amid the reports, Crystal's fan support group issued a statement saying that the actress has yet to confirm on any specific project and that she is currently selecting scripts.

As for which work she will eventually take on, the fan group called on everyone to be patient and look forward to her future projects.

It is noted that even the project has not been officially confirmed yet.
