proof of posting is no proof of delivery from what u describe it definately inside job somebody sense its a valuable item forge ur signature and stole the item very simple theory so Singpost should make full compensation not enough funds can always ask the president to open the treasury and advance the said sum to you

1. As the value of the item is high, why didn't the customer send by registered post n added insurance ? 2. As the parcel arrived in SG. Most likely lost or stolen at Singpost Operational center. 👎 3. If it is a small parcel, it is also likely to be drop into the wrong mail box. Happened to me alot of times with my letters n bills ! 😣 4. Though it might not be right but if SingPost compensate the full value of all lost items. She will be bankrupted n closed by year's end. But they did lost the items ! 🤬
