Cyclists run red light in Pasir Ris, crash into pedestrian and run over his leg

Two cyclists were seen running a red light and crashing into a pedestrian in Pasir Ris on March 15.
A Stomper alerted Stomp to a video of the incident which was posted on SGRV's Facebook page.
According to the post, this happened at Pasir Ris Drive 3 at about 5.10pm.
In the video, the first cyclist collides with the pedestrian, causing him to fall onto the road.

they are King of the Road and well protected by the government. What can you do about it? if opposition can affirm their ban on cyclists on the road, older man exceeding XX years old ban from driving, better regulation on use of PMD/PMA, mgmt on school/online bullies, and clamp down on secret society groups, I'll vote for you! bcos these are things the current government support and affect our daily lives.

i see them in early morning blocking the bus,never give for pedestrian x-ing. can them and jail them also cane
