Coconut amino can burn quickly but it caramelize the veggies and makes it taste delicious Serve it over some rice! SMOOTHIE RECIPE fill the vitamix with loose mixed green about 6 or 7 banana (brown spots on it)1 tbsp hemp seed2 glass of water (about 16 oz)1 glass of coconut water (about 8oz)2 tbsp collagen (optional 1 tbsp MCT oil (oprional)(makes a half a liter jar and 3 glass of smoothie)CSALAMADE FERMENTED VEGGIES I used:1 full head of cabbage4 carrots1/2 head of purple cabbage1 smaller head of cauliflower2 cucumber2 yellow pepper2 red pepper1 light yellow pepper1 head of purple onion you can use yellow onion as well2 cups of water 1/2 cup vinegar (white or if you prefer apple cider vinegar I used that one)I didn't use sugar but if you want to you can add 3 tbsp or more taste it how you like it1 tsp black pepper1 tbsp salt or taste it to your likeYou can get creative and use veggies you likelet it rest for 24 hours as you press it down once in a while to let the air bubbles out.
