KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has yet to receive a complete report from the project's consulting engineer and the independent consulting engineer concerning the halted construction of the J Satine condominium.

In a statement, DBKL said the interim report previously submitted by the independent consulting engineer, appointed by the developer, was rejected due to its incompleteness and lack of the necessary detailed analysis.
