DBS PayLah $3 Cashback on Fridays extended till Jul 26 in bid to reduce rising expenses for S’poreans
Continue to enjoy $3 cashback at hawker stalls islandwide with DBS PayLah! app till end-July
Good news for hawker food lovers in Singapore – DBS has just announced the extension of its Friday cashback promotion.
For those who may not be familiar with the promotion, DBS has been providing a $3 cashback incentive for payments made using the PayLah! app every Friday at SGQR-enabled stalls across 160 hawker centres islandwide.
What’s more, with no minimum spending required, this means you have the opportunity to enjoy a fully subsidized meal every Friday.
Originally slated to end on 19 January, the promotion has since been extended until 26 July of this year. This extension aims to help ease the financial burden amid rising expenses in Singapore.
The promotion mechanics remain unchanged – simply scan the QR code and receive the cashback, with the offer limited to the first 100,000 redemptions starting from 6am every Friday.
Once the maximum redemptions are reached, a banner notification (as shown in the screengrab below) will appear on the app. While you can still opt to make payments via the PayLah! app, please note that no cashback will be applicable after the limit is reached.
You can download DBS PayLah! from App Store or Google Play or AppGallery, find the complete list of participating hawker centres and stalls here or learn more about the redemption programme here.
