David Luiz has hinted Arsenal are looking to re-build following his exit from the club at the end of last season.The Brazilian joined Arsenal from crosstown rivals Chelsea back in 2019, but departed following the expiration of his contract in June.And the veteran defender revealed that it was the club's lack of ambition which lead him to look elsewhere."Both of us decided to split," Luiz told the Arsenal-split-happens-laughs-criticism.html" target="_blank">Daily Mail.
