KOTA BARU: A video clip that recently went viral, depicting a dead tiger being loaded onto a lorry, has been confirmed as an old incident.
State Wildlife director Mohamad Hafid Rohani said the video footage was taken in Kuala Krai five months ago.
"It is an old video clip of a tiger found dead in a river in Kuala Krai in June this year, not a new video clip."
The 33-second video clip shows several men carrying a tiger's carcass from a boat to a lorry.
