Death of Upper Bukit Timah twins: Father has murder charges reduced to culpable homicide
SINGAPORE: A man accused of murdering his 11-year-old twins near a playground in Upper Bukit Timah had his charges reduced to culpable homicide not amounting to murder on Tuesday (Feb 28).
Xavier Yap Jung Houn, 49, is accused of causing the deaths of his two sons by strangling them at a covered canal at Greenridge Crescent Playground on Jan 21, 2022.

Giving birth to the child is pain in happiness but the same child died in the pain way kills everyone happiness to the grave 🪦. My condolences to the mother and beloved family members of the deceased . It's the devil inside the father whom never have the love of his own blood and flesh, what to do the faith of the child to dead on their fathers's own hand. May god bless the innocent loving boy's 💖💖
