Dell has raised its long-term forecasts for revenue and profit growth, driven by rising demand for servers powering AI applications.
The company now targets annual revenue growth of 7% to 9%, up from 3% to 4%, and expects adjusted earnings per share to grow at least 15% per year, nearly double its prior outlook.
Dell, which supplies servers to clients such as Elon Musk’s xAI and CoreWeave, is benefiting from strong AI infrastructure demand.
It reaffirmed its third-quarter and annual forecasts and maintained its projection of US$20 billion in AI server shipments for fiscal 2026.
PC demand is also expected to rise as Microsoft ends Windows 10 support next week, though Dell continues to face margin pressure from higher costs and tougher competition.
