Demolition of 138-year-old tomb: MBPP to take landowner to court for illegal exhumation
GEORGE TOWN: A landowner who illegally carried out the exhumation of Foo Teng Nyong's gravesite will be hauled to court, the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) said.
Mayor Datuk Yew Tung Seang said MBPP came to the decision as it could not accept the explanation given by the landowner for his action.
