23 May - Denice Lam has recently dismissed rumours that she has left her small home to a bigger one, courtesy of her relationship with 60-something year old businessman, Philip Ma.

As reported on Mingpao, the TVB artiste and Miss Hong Kong 2022 recently spoke to the media at a fashion event, where she denied reports that she is now living in a luxury residence in Hong Kong and said, "I am still living in the same unit that I have been living in for more than three years."

When asked about her love life, the former model, who is romantically linked to the much older businessman, said that there is no love life to talk about.

"If there is, I will definitely announce it. I don't have much contact with him (Philip), but we are still friends. I hope to focus on my career and not be influenced by anyone," she said.

Denice said that she has been taking acting classes to improve herself and also learning taekwondo on the side.

"I hope to be an action actor," she added.

It was last year that the actress was first rumoured to be dating Philip, after it was reported that her sports car was spotted at his residence in Hong Kong's The Peak neighbourhood.
