Disbanded Thai opposition Move Forward to form new party, denies antagonising monarchy

BANGKOK - Thailand’s disbanded Move Forward Party did not antagonise the constitutional monarchy, as described in a court ruling that ordered the party’s dissolution, its leaders said on Aug 7, adding its lawmakers would form a new party this week.
Leader Chaithawat Tulathon also told a press conference the decision by the court had set a dangerous precedent for the way the constitution is interpreted.
