INDEPENDENT Chinese schools and three non-profit private university-colleges have been left out in Budget 2021, says Dong Zong president Tan Tai Kim, reports Sin Chew Daily.

In a telephone interview, Tan said the zero allocation to independent Chinese schools, New Era University College, Southern University College and Han Chiang University College will have an adverse impact on operations next year.
