Two children who tragically died after becoming trapped beneath ice had to be located via drone.

The youngsters were trapped at a lake in Linn County, Kansas, on Monday night, prompting a major search and rescue operation. Emergency services were deployed to Lake Chaparral - a private gated community around 80 miles south of Kansas City, Missouri, after the alarm was raised.
