BESTARI JAYA: The Selangor Fire and Rescue Department has deployed drones equipped with infrared cameras in its operations to combat a rubbish fire behind a factory in Kampung Sri Sentosa.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said the affected area now covers 1.6 hectares.

"We have deployed the drones to help us identify rubbish still burning beneath the surface," he said when contacted today.
