KLANG: Illegal electronic waste (e-waste) entering Malaysia mainly originates from the United States and Japan, said Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Minister Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad.

He added that neighbouring Asean countries were also facing the same issue, with the region increasingly becoming a dumping ground for such waste.
