KUALA LUMPUR: ETA Group Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary ETA Design & BUild Sdn Bhd has executed two construction agreements for the design and build of industrial factory and warehouse buildings in Gombak, Selangor, for an aggregate value of RM13.17mil.

The contracts, which were inked with Eckem Sdn Bhd and Entire Concept Sdn Bhd, have values of RM6.59mil each.

Each of the contracts entails the design and build, on a freehold parcel of approximately 4,779sqm, of a single-storey factory attached to a double-storey warehouse together with a single-storey office and a single-storey mechanical and electrical (M&E) floor.

Each of the buildings comprise a total built-up area of approximately 39,574 square feet, together with a refuse chamber and a guard house. 

The works are to be completed within 24 months from the date of the respective agreements.
