Jonny Labey won thehearts of EastEnders fans when his character Paul Coker and Ben Mitchell (played by Harry Reid at the time) fell in love.

Sadly, the relationship ended in tragedy when Paul, the grandson of Les and Pam Coker (Roger Slomanand Lin Blakley) was killed in a homophobic attack at the age of just 20. His death left partner Ben devastated and is something that still his character to this day.
