PETALING JAYA: Ecomate Holdings Bhd

has received a purchase order from a company (Customer C) for the subscription of 336 units of software licences for a period of 60 months, worth RM16.66mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ecomate said Customer C is principally engaged as a solution provider and distributor of information and communication technology hardware and software.

“The purchase order will not have any effect on the company’s issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings. The purchase order is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the group,” it said.

Save for the normal operational risks, Ecomate said it is not aware of any other risk factors which may arise from the purchase order.
