One of the must try dishes is the Lobster Pasta served with angel hair pasta and premium US lobster meat, tossed in lobster oil and kelp – sounds like a seafood lover’s paradise. This appetiser will certainly do the job of stimulating your appetite for the subsequent courses to come.

The Crispy Crab Alla Diavola is also another highlight on the menu that is not to be missed. It features a deep-fried blue crab cake that has been fried to a crispy golden brown on the outside but soft and flavourful on the inside. It comes with a side salad and a dollop of spicy tomato salsa to add a touch of tanginess and spice.

For mains, you can look forward to dishes like Truffle Ravioli, Australian Free Ranch Lamb Rack, and Slow-cooked US Beef Short Rib – which stars a huge bone-in rib served with cubed seasonal vegetables and paired with a unique potato puree and beef jus.

If you’re not craving red meats, you can opt for the Pan-Roasted Barramundi or the Baked Chilean Seabass. The former comes served with a generous and thick slab of fish slathered in a creamy butter sauce with a side of braised leek and potatoes. The latter stars a generous portion of seabass with stewed savoy cabbage, mussels, puffed wild rice, and drenched in cream sauce.

To end your omakase dining experience on a sweet note, have a go at their desserts. Elfuego’s signature Cassata Ice Cream comes served with mascarpone, dates, fruit candies, chocolate chips, and nuts. While it might sound like sugar overload, it is actually quite a nice balance of sweet and savoury. Other desserts on the menu include the classics like Cheese Cake, Panna Cotta, and Chocolate Royal.
