Now into its fifth year,Nana Au-Chua’s annual Chinese New Year luncheon for the ladies saw 120 guests all dressed up in their festive best at Empress @ ACM. The specially curated Empress menu included crispy sturgeon fillet, char siew with truffle and crab meat fried rice. Nana also had a special vegetarian menu arranged. The pièce de résistance must be the adorable colourful rat plushy that was specially commissioned according to the Chinese horoscope by Nana for this gathering! Besidesthe sumptuous food, this was also a good time where the women caught up with one another after the Christmas break.
