PETALING JAYA: A former consultant psychiatrist who was released by the court last week for allegedly insulting the modesty of his former patient by uttering obscenities was charged again with the same offence today.

Dr Gurdeep Singh Narain Singh, however, pleaded not guilty when the charge was read to him before magistrate Nurshahira Abdul Salim.
