Extime Paris and PS bring the VIP Terminal experience to Singapore travellers
SINGAPORE, July 4, 2025: Luxury airport hospitality took centrestage at ILTM Asia Pacific 2025 in Singapore as Extime Paris and its United States-based partner PS unveiled plans to connect elite global travellers to a new generation of exclusive terminals.
For the first time, Olivier Dieudonne (above, centre), Director of Hospitality, and Melina Barthelemy (right), Head of International Clientele at Extime, joined Jeffrey Regele (left), Director of Member Services at PS, to present their vision for affluent travellers from Singapore and Asia.
The goal is ambitious but clear: to redefine the airport experience for high-net-worth travellers, offering seamless, private, and luxurious transit through some of the world’s busiest airports.
Why Singapore?
“Paris has always attracted a large number of Asian travellers, especially high-spending tourists from Singapore,” Barthelemy told Inside Recent. “At ILTM, we’re building relationships with local travel agencies to introduce a new VIP experience that matches Singaporeans’ high expectations for efficiency, privacy and luxury.”
Extime’s offering, dubbed Les Salons de Reception, is an ultra-exclusive terminal at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). Unlike traditional lounges, the Extime terminal operates separately from the main airport and provides end-to-end service for commercial flight passengers: private check-in, customs and border clearance, security screening, tax refund processing, and direct tarmac transfer to the aircraft.
Travellers relax in one of 15 luxurious 35-square-metre suites, each with its own bathroom and personal shopping service. “Guests can enjoy their own quiet, comfortable lounge while browsing from luxury brands delivered to them personally,” Dieudonne explained. “It’s all about discretion, comfort and elegance.”
The service starts at €4,800 (approximately SGD7,000) for up to three passengers, one way. For arriving guests, the experience includes private transfer from the aircraft to the terminal and swift luggage handling until they are in their taxi or hotel car.
Beyond the Terminal: Parisian Luxury in the City
Extime isn’t stopping at the airport. Groupe ADP, Extime’s parent company, recently acquired Paris Experience Group, a luxury tourism operator that offers bespoke city experiences. “Think VIP Eiffel Tower tours, backstage Disneyland Paris access, or exclusive museum visits,” said Barthelemy. “We want to take care of clients from the moment they land to the moment they leave.”
This marks a key evolution in the Extime model: from airport lounge to complete luxury ecosystem. And Singapore-based travellers can begin accessing it through Extime’s Asia representative, Qiao Chen, Senior Trade Manager at Select Holding..
The Rise of PS – Extime’s Transatlantic Partner
In 2023, Groupe ADP made headlines by acquiring PS (formerly The Private Suite), the trailblazing US operator behind private terminals at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).
PS Director of Member Services Jeffrey Regele told Inside Recent that Asia — and Singapore in particular — offers new potential. “This is our first real outreach to Asia. Until now, our growth in the US has come mainly through word of mouth, but with major global events like the World Cup and the Olympics ahead, we want to expand our reach.”
PS’s offerings mirror Extime’s, tailored to the US travel landscape. Guests bypass crowded terminals and TSA lines, opting instead for a serene private facility. Their luggage is discreetly handled while they enjoy gourmet food, spa services, and then board their commercial flights via a chauffeured BMW to a private jet bridge staircase.
“Every step of the experience is designed to be seamless, private, and hyper-personalised,” said Regele. “You don’t need to be a member to book, but our memberships come with added perks like valet parking and included spa treatments.”
PS plans to open new terminals in Dallas and Miami by 2026, with Miami’s housed in the iconic former Pan Am headquarters — renovated to reflect mid-century glamour and the city’s vibrant culture.
A Global Vision for Seamless Luxury Travel
Together, Extime and PS represent Groupe ADP’s strategy to create the world’s first truly international network of private terminals for commercial passengers. From Paris to Los Angeles, from the Champs-Elysees to Rodeo Drive, the brand is building a seamless experience for high-value travellers.
“We are not chasing volume,” said Dieudonne. “Our services are designed for quality, not quantity. Our focus is on discretion, elegance, and delivering an emotional connection between the traveller and the journey.”
While neither brand discloses exact passenger numbers, both report exceeding expectations, with VIP suites regularly booked during peak periods.
At Paris CDG, Extime is also expanding its footprint, with upcoming makeovers of Terminal 2E, Hall K and Terminal 4 at Paris Orly. In 2026, Terminal 4 will debut “La Rue Parisienne”, an open-air market-style shopping street inspired by Parisian boulevards.
Internationally, Extime Lounges have already launched at Almaty International Airport in Kazakhstan and are set to debut in more cities under the Premium “Extime” and Lifestyle “Primeclass” labels.
Digital, Bespoke, and Built for Loyalty
Extime and PS have invested heavily in digital ecosystems. Extime’s award-winning platform allows travellers to earn and redeem points across retail, lounges, and parking both online and offline. These tech-driven experiences support high-end customer service, and provide brands like Louis Vuitton, Hermes and Chanel with direct access to luxury shoppers.
“We don’t talk to all customers the same way,” explained Dieudonne. “It’s about creating a personalised relationship at every level — from fragrance preferences to fashion shopping habits.”
Singaporean travellers, known for their luxury spending and taste for refined experiences, are a key target. While Extime is physically based in France and PS in the US, both companies offer global access via online booking and dedicated concierge services. Travel agents in Asia are also being looped in to help high-value clients book seamless cross-continental itineraries.
What It Means for Singapore Travellers
For those flying to Paris or the United States, Extime and PS now offer a completely different kind of travel experience — one where privacy, comfort and personalisation take precedence over queues, noise and crowds.
With Extime’s suites in Paris and PS’s terminals in the US, the traditionally stressful airport transit has been reimagined as a luxurious prelude or conclusion to any journey. And thanks to targeted outreach in Asia and partnerships with top-tier travel agents, Singaporeans now have front-row access to this global VIP network.
For bookings, Singapore travellers can contact Extime’s regional representative, Qiao Chen, or visit www.extime.com. PS services can be reserved through www.reserveps.com, where travel agents can also register and track commissions.
