PETALING JAYA: The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) has contacted FIFA to request the official written grounds for the world body’s decision to uphold the suspensions of seven national players.

Acting FAM president Datuk Mohd Yusoff Mahadi confirmed that the secretariat had completed the process and is now waiting for FIFA’s written clarification.
