FBM KLCI edges higher as strong trade data amid Middle East jitters

KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI finished higher on Monday, even as renewed U.S.-Iran tensions and fading hopes for a Middle East peace deal kept investors cautious.
The 30-stock index climbed 7.09 points, or 0.42% to 1,702.30 after hitting an intraday high of 1,703.64.
