FairPrice apologises after chicken handled in pork section at Sengkang outlet
NTUC FairPrice has apologised after a social media post showed staff handling processed halal chicken in the pork section of its Anchorvale Village outlet, while Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) said its officers had inspected the supermarket and confirmed that the chicken was not sold in the halal-certified section.
